One of the main reasons I selected Tonya is because she has a unique and strategic approach when buying/selling properties. She is able to always stay several steps ahead during the entire process, from start to finish, and that provides me with security and comfort in knowing that my best interests are always her primary concern.

Tonya did a phenomenal job with successfully executing this challenging sale of property. We extended the original contract three times at the buyer's request due to continued problems with the buyer securing funding. Once the buyer selected a new investor, we extended the new contract one more time due to problems with funding. Closing did not take place as schedule due to the buyer's inability to perform as planned. Tonya carefully navigated the buyer's refusal to sign the contract release which yielded the buyer agreeing to sign the release so the property could be sold to a new buyer. Often, the buyer was deceitful, dishonest and extremely unprofessional towards Tonya. I commend Tonya for always maintaining a high level of diplomacy, transparency and professionalism during this entire process as very few agents would have been able to do so under such dire circumstances.

There is no doubt in my mind that this deal would have not closed without Tonya's daily commitment to working with very difficult and dishonest buyers in order to close the deal while always protecting my best interests. Tonya was able to find a back up buyer who ended up buying the property at a higher price than listed once the original buyer fell through due to funding issues. Tonya maintained close communication with all parities (original buyer, two title companies, 2 agents, 1 broker and 3 buyers over a 4 month span while keeping numerous moving peices in place during a very fluid process. She exuded the highest level of professionalism and intelligence from start to finish and I look forward to working with her in the future on the sale of my next property.
